None of my art is allowed in ANY kind of AI software;

Be sure to give a detailed description and good quality references BY EMAIL, so it can be worked on without any problems;

I only start working AFTER payment, full or half.

You can post your commission wherever you feel like it, but do not remove my signature from the drawing, and always credit the art;

Your commission can or not be posted on my social media. So if you prefer to not be posted, or if by any means this makes you uncomfortable, make sure to state beforehand;

I’ll be sending you wip’s during all the process, so you can be sure everything’s right. If you want changes once the art is finished, i will not be able to do it;

Your commission is for personal use only; you’re not allowed to make any commercial use with it; For commercial artwork, it have to be a specific negotiation and budget;

You’re also not allowed to claim the art as made by you. Never;

My commissions are NOT first come first serve, i always altern between works with different complexities, and always advice beforehand when i’m about to start a commission.

Payment in USD via Paypal only;

I’ll invoice you as soon as you confirm your commission slot (by sending an Email);

Payment must be done total in advance, but specific payment terms can be discussed, like paid half before and after;

Prices are base prices. They can vary depending on complexity of the character and details of the piece;

If you paid half, i will only send a HD file of the art when i get the full payment;

In case that you paid half but don’t come back to take the art, it will be with me until you show up, and deleted after a year;

I will not give a full refund once the art is started;

If i didn't start the artwork yet, you can ask for a full refund in case of giving up;

Any problems with paypal or banks after my refund are not my responsability (i always send a receipt).

The usual time to get your commission finished is about a week, once it has been started. If there’s a queue in front of your commission, time can be extended to 2~3 weeks, depending on the number of commissions ahead of yours. You can check the queue in my to-do-list;

If you want or need your drawing in less than the usual time, a rush fee can be paid for it. The fee value will depend on the time I’ll have to finish the drawing;

It’s not first come first serve; I altern between artworks depending on complexity;

If i have already complete the piece, i will not make changes on it, i send all the Wips and the changes have to be told beforehand.

Commission type;

Character reference (digital) or detailed description;

Details about pose,expression, background, clothing, colors, etc;

Any additional detail you want in the piece.
